Lital is the artistic spirit of Belly Dance Boulevard. She never lets anything get boring or meaningless.
She is a wonderful and inspiring belly dancer and painter, with an impressive record of stage performances and artistic work.

 Tal Horowitz
Tal is smart and talented enough to help with whatever required in the process of making the video lessons. Hopefully in time she will give in and also become a belly dancer herself.
