Pricing and Payment Info
Prices are in USD. All prices on our website are inclusive of tax. Please note that you may be liable to pay charges levied by your country's customs service. Customs charges levied by different countries are the responsibility of the purchaser and we do not collect them nor determine what they will be. We do NOT know in advance of shipping what the customs charges will be. Once we accept your payment and ship your order, the responsibility is yours.
We reserve the right to not supply goods for any reason and return payment.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping prices are regulated according to weight. Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping costs of your order depending on the country you have selected. After you add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you will be shown the shipping costs, before payment is requested.
In stock items are normally shipped within one or two days of receiving your order and upon confirmation of payment. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to let you know and try to give you an estimated time for its arrival, giving you the opportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order another item.
Standard Mail takes about 14-21 days, depending on where the shipment is going. Please remember that delivery depends upon a third party postal service, and that delivery time will be affected by weekends and holidays. Orders are dispatched by airmail from our office in the Middle East.
Return Policy
Belly Dance Boulevard guarantees that the product will arrive in good condition & ships using only reliable services.
Music CDs and DVDs are not returnable once the packaging has been opened.
For belly dance costumes, due to the delicate & personal nature of these items it is important that you choose carefully and read the details and measurement thoroughly, since no returns or exchanges are accepted on costumes if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Returns are accepted only if prior contact has been made with a fair reason for return such as that the item arrives damaged.
We will accept returns on other products as hip scarves and accessories with a credit or refund of the item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. After contacting us, the item must be returned to us within 45 days of the purchase with the original receipt/invoice in perfect condition, unaltered, unused and unworn. If the item appears to have been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse return privileges.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue a store credit on the item of your purchase price. If you decide not to exchange the item, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In any case, Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any custom made or personalized item is not returnable. Please do not just send the items back to us without informing us in some way.
